This is an application, under what is now General Statutes § 52-418,1 to vacate an award of an arbitrator because of partiality. It was heard at a short calendar session. General Statutes § 52-420; see Practice Book § 121. The trial court treated it as an appeal from the award of the arbitrator and dismissed the appeal.
