The basis for the relief as pleaded by the plaintiff is that he had a leasehold interest and possession by virtue of a written lease dated March 14, 1955, for a five-year period terminating February 28, 1961, and that defendant claiming an interest in the premises adverse to the plaintiff entered thereon...
