Frank R. Romero filed a complaint in assumpsit against Mattioli Construction Company based upon a New Jersey judgment obtained as the result of a workmen's compensation proceeding. An exemplified copy of this judgment was attached to plaintiff's complaint. After its preliminary objections were overruled, defendant filed an answer.
