Alleging that it is a corporation organized under the laws of Delaware, The J. R. Watkins Company brought this action to recover $1,123.69, the alleged unpaid balance due to it for merchandise sold and delivered to the defendant, Wallace C. Floyd. The other defendants, Wallace Lee and W. H. Dykes, are sued as Floyd's alleged sureties. In response to plaintiff's petition, defendants excepted, contending that the petition disclosed no right of action...
