This is an appeal by the three defendants from a judgment in the amount of $2,500 which the circuit court entered against them in favor of the plaintiff, a minor, after the latter as well as the defendants had moved for a directed verdict. At that juncture the jury was excused and later findings of fact and conclusions of law favorable to the plaintiff were signed. Based upon them the challenged judgment was entered.
