OPINION BY WOODSIDE, J., March 24, 1960:

This is an appeal from the order of the Court of Common Pleas of Schuylkill County dismissing the claimant's appeal from a decision of the Workmen's Compensation Board denying her compensation which she claimed under The Pennsylvania Occupational Disease Act of June 21, 1939, P.L. 566, as amended, 77 PS § 1201 et seq.
