This is a suit for personal injuries and property damages arising from an automobile accident. The petitioners are Woodrow Pelt, and his wife, Mrs. Woodrow Pelt, who was a guest passenger in one of the vehicles. The defendants are Daymon H. Beams, his insurer, Home Indemnity Company, Mrs. Flora Hughes, and her insurer, the Audubon Insurance Company. The Lower Court awarded judgment in favor of petitioners and against all defendants.
