Appellant National Title Insurance Company instituted action to foreclose a mortgage encumbering one lot in a subdivision known as Suburban Estates. Appellant Family Investors, Inc., the holder of a purchase money mortgage encumbering the property in question, was named a defendant along with the fee owner, Mercury Builders, Inc., and a number of mechanic's lien holders.
