Davis, State highway commissioner, hereinafter referred to as the appellee, under title 33, chapter 1, article 5, Code of 1950, as amended, 1953 Replacement Volume, to condemn for highway purposes the lands of A. A. Dillon and Vera D. Dillon (Record No. 5017) and W. T. Harrison and Lillie M. Harrison (Record No. 5018), sometimes hereinafter referred to as the appellants...
