This is an appeal from a conviction for a violation of subdivision 3 of section 56 of the Vehicle and Traffic Law of the State of New York rendered by the Hon. JOHN O. BEAVER, Justice of the Peace of the Town of Esopus, on the 14th day of September, 1959.
