Plaintiff, Ennis Thomas, instituted suit in tort against Our Lady of the Lake Hospital, Inc. and its insurer, The Travelers Insurance Company, for damages sustained when he was allegedly struck on the head by an oxygen cylinder cap as he entered, in the status of an invitee, a rest room on the defendant hospital's premises.
