HENRIOD, Justice.

Appeal from an order denying a motion to dismiss a complaint filed by the County to compel the Commission to comply with local zoning ordinances which excluded liquor stores from certain areas. Reversed.

Our statutes give counties broad zoning powers,1 the Liquor Commission broad powers in locating liquor outlets,2 and waive sovereign immunity and permit suits against the Liquor Commission...
