INGRAHAM, District Judge.

This is an action to enjoin and set aside an award of the Deputy Commissioner, issued pursuant to the Longshoremen's and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act (33 U.S.C.A. § 901 et seq.). The award was in favor of the claimant Turner, one of the defendants here, and was adverse to his employer, J. S. Gissel & Company, one of the plaintiffs.
