This is a controversy primarily between neighbors over the use of an alley, and more particularly over the stub end of the alley which constitutes a cul-de-sac. The complainants-appellants, Mr. and Mrs. J. Lee Chapman, brought this suit in equity in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County against Mr. and Mrs. Joseph H.A.
