On December 29, 1958, the defendant, Shirley Huber, now Shirley DeSandre, petitioned the Circuit Court of Knox County to modify a decree of divorce entered on July 11, 1950. The decree awarded custody of her two children to their father, Richard L. Huber. Petitioner prayed for custody of the children or for other relief.
