SULLIVAN, Justice.

In March of 1959 the plaintiff commenced this action of libel against the defendant who filed a general demurrer to the plaintiff's declaration. The presiding Justice sustained the demurrer. The plaintiff excepted to that ruling and prosecutes his exceptions here.
