This action was initiated in August, 1958 by a complaint which sought to enjoin the defendant Dodson, the record owner of Lot 20, Square 5076, improved by premises 4173 Minnesota Avenue, N. E., from conveying those premises to the defendant Pearlman for use as a retail liquor store.
