Plaintiffs have appealed from a decree entered upon their petition for restitution filed subsequent to and in pursuance of this court's opinion and mandate rendered on the first appeal of this cause. It is plaintiffs' contention that the chancellor erroneously refused to award them certain damages which they suffered by having complied with the original final decree entered in the cause, which decree on appeal was reversed in part and affirmed...
