This is an action wherein the plaintiff, acting individually and on behalf of his minor son, seeks to recover damages arising out of an automobile accident which occurred about 2:20 a. m. on February 3, 1957 on U. S. Highway No. 51 just north of the town of Tickfaw, Louisiana. Joined as defendants are one Lucy Prine, Hillary Stafford, and the latter's liability insurer, Mill Owners Mutual Insurance Company...
