On exceptions and motion for new trial. The case is one of trespass in which the plaintiff alleges that the defendant occupied a portion of her real estate without right. The parties agreed that should the jury find for the plaintiff, damages would be assessed in the sum of $50.00. The case was tried before a jury in the Superior Court for the County of York.
