This matter is before the court on plaintiffs' motion under Pa. R. C. P. 4019 (b) to compel Robert A. Willard, one of defendants, to answer certain questions propounded to him which he refused to answer at oral depositions, under Pa. R. C. P. 4007 (a), taken on January 7, 1960, for the purpose of preparation for trial of the case.
