This is an appeal on questions of law from a judgment of the Court of Common Pleas, Division of Domestic Relations, of Franklin County, Ohio.

As briefly as we can set out the facts which give rise to the questions presented by this appeal, it appears that the appellant, Knight K. Culver, Jr., did, on May 15, 1954, transfer certain securities of the approximate value of $50,000 to The Ohio National Bank, to be held in trust for the purposes set forth...
