This is an employer's petition to review a preliminary agreement under the workmen's compensation act. The case was previously before this court and was remanded to the workmen's compensation commission for further hearing so that the commission might determine the amount of weekly compensation to which the respondent was entitled under the preliminary agreement and also whether petitioner was in contempt as charged by respondent.
