The controversy in this proceeding is over the distribution of the property of Odd Fellows Hall Association of Center Square (Hall Association), a corporation formed by special act of April 21, 1852, P.L. 391. Section 5 of that act provided: "That the object of said association shall be to provide, erect, and furnish a hall or suitable building or buildings at or near Center Square, in Whitpain Township, in the County of Montgomery...
