Brinn, a stenographer in the office of the attorneys for the plaintiff, a realtor, entered into a written contract, dated January 15, 1959, for the purchase from the defendant of a parcel of real property for $750,000. The down payment made by the purchaser on contract was $20,000. April 15, 1959 was the adjourned date for title closing. The agreement contained a provision that it could not be changed or terminated orally...
