This is a motion for a preliminary injunction to enjoin the defendants from further violating Section 15(c) (1) and (3) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, 15 U.S.C.A. 78o(c) (1) and (3), and Rules 17 C.F.R. 240.15c1-2 and 240.15c3-1 promulgated thereunder. The Commission alleges continuing violations of the Act between November 30, 1959 to the present. Jurisdiction is vested in this Court by Section 21(e) of the Act, 15 U.S.C.A. ...
