The appellant was the plaintiff below in a libel action. The appeal is from a final judgment entered subsequent to an order granting defendant's motion for summary judgment.

On January 11, 1958, the defendant published in its paper a news item to the effect that the Supreme Court of Florida had upheld the revocation of the plaintiff's real estate broker's license on the grounds that the plaintiff was guilty of deception and breach of trust...
