Judgment was entered upon jury verdict for plaintiff in the amount of $80,000 against defendant, Clinton Foods, Inc., on account of injuries sustained by plaintiff while working on defendant's premises as an employee of Pittsburgh Piping and Equipment Company which company pursuant to judgment previously entered was ordered to indemnify the defendant, Clinton Foods, Inc., against the demand of plaintiff for satisfaction of his judgment...
