This is an appeal by defendants from a final decree of the Court of Common Pleas of Lycoming County in an action by plaintiffs to quiet title to land.

On September 26, 1958, plaintiffs filed a complaint praying that defendants be barred from asserting any right, title, or interest in the north 25 feet of a proposed 50-foot wide street adjoining their land on the plan...
