Alice M. Gentry, herein called plaintiff, has obtained a verdict and judgment against Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company, herein called the company, in the sum of $14,093.52, based on a liability insurance policy issued by the company to William F. Gentry, Jr., against whom the plaintiff had previously obtained a judgment in the same amount. That judgment was obtained July 3, 1958, as damages for the death of the plaintiff's husband in the automobile...
