This is a suit for damages occasioned by the collision of an Illinois Central Railroad Company train with a tractor-trailer at the railroad crossing on Route No. 150 at LeRoy, Illinois. The collision occurred on the 26th day of February 1957, at about 12:45 o'clock p.m. The weather was cold, there was a slight fog and a drizzle of rain.
