This cause comes to this court on appeal on questions of law from a judgment of the Court of Common Pleas of Hamilton County. The case was submitted on a stipulation of facts. The sole question for determination is the meaning of Section 143.341, Revised Code, with reference to the credit to be given for seniority in a civil service examination for promotion of firemen.
