JONES, Judge.

This is a proceeding under the Workmen's Compensation Act, LSA-R.S. 23:1021 et seq., in which plaintiff in the lower court sought an award for total and permanent disability. The District Court granted the relief prayed for by plaintiff and defendant has appealed.

There is no dispute between the parties that plaintiff was working for the defendant and had two accidents—one on September 26, 1958...
