PER CURIAM.

Defendant's appeal comes to us upon a clerk's transcript. Defendant was charged by a county attorney's information with the crime of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, "Second — First Offense", contrary to the provisions of Section 321.281 of the 1958 Code of Iowa, I.C.A. Thereafter, on the 12th day of November, 1959, upon a plea of guilty, judgment and sentence were rendered thereon, and defendant appeals.
