PER CURIAM.

Defendant was charged by county attorney's information with the offense of Escape, in violation of Section 745.1, Code of Iowa 1958, I.C.A. He was convicted by plea of guilty, and judgment and sentence were rendered thereon. Defendant appeals.

This case comes to us upon a clerk's transcript of the record. A careful examination of it reveals no error, and the judgment is affirmed.
