This is a suit sounding in tort for damages arising out of an automobile accident. The petitioners are Jerry D. Sibley, and his wife, Mrs. Grace E. Sibley, Mrs. Sibley being the driver of the vehicle at the time of the accident. The defendants are Carol R.
