Defendants seek review by interlocutory appeal of a post decretal order denying his motion to vacate and set aside a final decree of divorce entered against him, and to dismiss the cause. The principal thrust of the motion is grounded upon the contention that the court lacked jurisdiction over the person of defendant to entertain the cause or enter the decree sought to be vacated.
