Marion Platt and wife, Lorena Platt, defendants below, from an order denying motion to dismiss the amended complaint filed by General Development Corporation and Melbourne Ranches, Inc., plaintiffs below, seeking a declaratory decree under Chapter 87, Florida Statutes of 1959, F.S.A. The question for determination is whether a cause of action is stated for consideration under this statute.
