BUCHANAN, Justice.

The plaintiff below, Mrs. Pickett, was injured in a collision between an automobile driven by her husband, in which she was a passenger, and one operated by the defendant, Cooper. She brought this action for damages against Cooper, a jury returned a verdict in Cooper's favor, on which judgment was entered, and the plaintiff appeals. She contends that the trial court erred in its rulings on instructions...
