The plaintiffs obtained a judgment in the Superior Court in Fairfield County against Walter A. Shaw as a result of an automobile collision which occurred in Stamford on August 2, 1952, when a car driven by Shaw and owned by his mother struck a car in which the plaintiffs were riding.
