This is an unusual fact situation in that both drivers of the tractor-trailers were killed in the accident, there were no eyewitnesses, and no skid marks. The evidence relating to the cause of the accident consists of surrounding circumstances and the position of the motor vehicles and of the debris and other material after the accident.
