The appellant, as plaintiff in the lower court, filed an action for damages for personal injuries alleging that while plaintiff was operating a tractor trailer tank truck on a feeder road into U.S. Highway 1, defendant's truck driver negligently struck plaintiff's truck, thereby severely injuring plaintiff.
