Appellant and appellee executed and delivered a contract, in part printed and the remainder thereof written, on February 19, 1953, in which appellee was called "Producer" and appellant was designated "Dealer." It was recited therein that the producer was the owner of all film copyrights to "The Pilgrimage Play," herein referred to by its name or as the picture, and the dealer desired to lease from the producer 16 mm. prints of the picture for use...
