This is an action by Grayce Saab, plaintiff and appellant, against Omaha & Council Bluffs Street Railway Company, now Omaha Transit Company, a corporation, defendant and appellee, for damages for personal injuries which the plaintiff alleges were sustained as a result of the negligence of the defendant.
