The question for decision on this appeal is whether or not the court erred in overruling defendant's motion for nonsuit of plaintiff's personal injury action.

For the purposes of this appeal defendant concedes that she was negligent, that her negligence was the proximate cause of the collision and that she is liable for the "slight" damage to plaintiff's automobile. But she denies that she is responsible for plaintiff's neurosis and "conversion...
