The above-captioned defendants entered their voluntary pleas of guilty to the above-stated charge in open court on November 16, 1959, at which time each defendant was sentenced to pay the costs of prosecution, a fine of $1 and undergo imprisonment in the Columbia County Jail for an indeterminate period of not less than three months nor more than six months, said jail sentence to be computed from October 23, 1959.
