Appellant was respondent in the trial court on an order to show cause why he should not be held in contempt for refusing to answer certain questions propounded to him by the County Solicitor of the Criminal Court of Record of Broward County. The questions which appellant refused to answer related to the charge of receiving stolen property. His refusal to answer said questions resulted in the trial court finding him guilty of contempt...
