PER CURIAM.

The respondent was admitted to the Bar of Oklahoma on the 28th day of November, 1928. In June, 1959, under appropriate rules, complaint was lodged against respondent for numerous acts of alleged misconduct in violation of his oath and duty as a member of the Bar. Pursuant to the rules, Honorable Andrew Wilcoxen, a former District Judge of Oklahoma, was appointed as Trial Examiner to hear such charges and to make findings of fact and conclusions of law...
