This appeal is from a judgment in favor of defendants in an action to quiet title brought by Annie Ray Heiselt.

The facts are that one Mary C. Heiselt who owned the home involved in this action died intestate in 1929 leaving surviving her a husband and three sons. Her estate was never probated. Mary C. Heiselt's husband remarried after her death. This wife divorced him and got his one-third interest in the property in satisfaction of a judgment...
