PER CURIAM.

The plaintiff in his petition alleged in part, that after he had driven his automobile in a northerly direction on Mission Street in the City of Sapulpa, he stopped his automobile at the intersection of Mission and Pfendler, to make a left turn and was struck from the rear of his automobile by an automobile driven by the defendant. The answer of the defendant was a general denial, a plea of unavoidable casualty...
